Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super spacious and had a modern decor, exceeding my expectations in luxury and size. The complimentary beverages and snacks were a nice touch. On the downside, some staff members were not well dressed for a high-end hotel, and for the price I paid, I expected a bath in the room. However, I did experience some nice service moments amidst some opportunistic behavior, like being charged extra without a clear explanation.
This hotel is a gem! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a picturesque view of the tranquil courtyard. The spa settings create a magical ambiance. The service, from the doormen to the rooftop bar employees, is top-notch. The central location is fantastic, although the maintenance issues at the hotel could use some attention. Dining options are great, and the staff is caring and attentive. Overall, a great value for a wonderful stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the metro and shopping areas, but the room setup was not ideal, being right across from the elevators. I still managed to get good sleep each night, and the service from Eleanor and Arianna was truly terrific. The dining options were nice but a bit pricey, however, the breakfast selection made up for it. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were classy and well-equipped with amenities like robes and slippers; however, the interior design might not be to everyone's taste with the unusual poison green color theme. The service was top-notch with the concierge helping us arrange tickets to La Scala, but it was unusual to find a treadmill in the bathroom. The location was excellent, being very central and convenient for exploring the main neighborhoods, including being just a short walk to Duomo or Teatro alla Scala. On the downside, the hotel faces a loading bay, which could be a bit off-putting. Dining was a letdown with an overpriced breakfast buffet that didn't quite meet luxury hotel standards. Despite the expensive dining, the hotel offered ample facilities, making the stay comfortable overall.
The hotel boasts modern rooms that feel new, albeit with sparse furniture, and is not very soundproof. The service is friendly but has some unusual practices like passport photography. The location is ideal between the fashion district and Duomo square, offering great views and accessibility. The dining options are average, not up to luxury standards. Overall, a retro-chic hotel with basic amenities.
